GRATEFUL DEAD 2010 CALENDARS ARE  IN WOODSTOCK… They arrived today!!! As you know they have been hard to find for the last few years and this year might be just as difficult. Grateful Dead 2010 Calendar.

Helpful hints to keep you safe while shopping on the internet:
. 1 - NEVER USE A CASH CARD ON LINE
If there is ever a voided transaction your cash flow in your check account will be held by your bank until the void goes through…It could be days or even a week before the funds become available to you again. Always use a ‘CREDIT” card on line so that you have time to dispute any problems and it will not affect your cash flow in your check account.
2. When placing orders on line (for your protection) the name of the bill to and the name on the credit card must match.
3. The billing address that the card is registered to must match (this is also for your protection). In addition if there is a “NO MATCH” the order you placed will be voided (A no match means that the address for your billing is not what is on file with your credit card company)
4. Make sure to order early…
Supply of items may be limited in some cases. What you want may be out of stock and you might not be able to get that special something in the correct size in time for the holidays. We will contact you personally to let you know if there is a problem. We can often suggest alternatives. Shipping takes time and with deadlines express shipping is very expensive
5. Policies that we at Woodstock Trading Co. have used for our customers safety are the following:
a. If your purchase is a gift…use our “addendum” to indicate a message that you wish to send the recipient..we will hand write a note with a gift receipt..You will get the transaction receipt under separate cover
b. Woodstock Trading Company does all our own fulfillment and shipping directly from our store…Therefore, no one else gets any of your or your gift recipients information
c. Woodstock Trading Company does not charge your account until your order is complete. If there is any item out of stock we will contact you before charging your account. We process all our credit cards ourselves and do not use “gate keepers” such as yahoo or google etc to process your credit cards. Therefore all your information is not shared…what comes to Woodstock…stays in Woodstock.
