We have been impressed with the offerings from Nikhil. Sometimes it’s known as Ananda Happiness as its label indicates. We sampled Nikhil’s Ananda and knew right away that we needed to have this item. Nikhil’s Ananda is a lightly sweetened sandalwood, fortified with sandalwood oil. It compares well to incenses considerably more expensive, even more than double the cost per unit weight. It’s extraordinarily cooling and calming. It’s leathery, rich, and has a noticeable, slightly green note like fresh dill. There is also a distant, clean, dry floral that reminds us of African violet. Nikhil’s Ananda is certainly in the list of things that we use frequently in the shop, and we believe it is one of the contributing incenses in the fragrance of the store its self.
